This is where it all began in 1989. Peninsula was the first restaurant in the chain, established to serve non-vegetarian food to the discerning diners. Elegantly spread over an area of 2500 sq. ft., today it can accommodate 80 people quite comfortably. Vibrant, alive and happening, this trendy joint has been titillating the taste buds of umpteen gourmets and celebrities alike, from different walks of life. The main attraction is seafood (Lobsters, Jumbo Prawns, Squids, Bombay Duck and more…), drawing the customers in droves to make them come back, repeatedly. And, the exotic additions to the menu come in the form of Goan, Mexican, Thai and Italian cuisine. With one of the swankiest bars, it stocks about 100 liqueurs and boasts of a concoction of 200 cocktails and mock-tails. The Peninsula team prides itself on trained waiters, professional managers and chefs from true blue catering colleges. Better still, it owes its success to its insistence on high standards of hygiene and quality food.
